Bayou

Bayou is our very cute pony with a big personality.  He was rescued from Mississippi (hence the name) where he was found tied to a tree, in deep mud, with no food or water after his previous elderly caretaker had passed away.  It is thought that he may have been there for days before being discovered.  Here at the sanctuary, he lives with his best friends Oak and Viggo, and can often be found right by their sides.  We love our spirited Bayou!
